I think most of you lot are right and we're unlikely to sign him. Usually we sign players that we don't know anything about until the actual day they sign (Ramirez an exception). I just get annoyed by all the Celtic fans on Twitter who think they're a massive club (not just in Scotland) and that Saints are a small club. The odd fan seems to know their stuff but most are morons. One even suggested we are small because we were in League 1. So that must mean Rangers are tiny because they were in the Scottish Division 3!

I think our next signing will be one that we haven't read about from the media.

I would've thought on any £10m+ transfer, credible reporters and sources would've checked it out for veracity.
 
Nope he isn't coming to us and nor will anyone else. We are just a **** little team with no hope of avoiding relegation.

Well duh. Three hours of negotiations and it's not on the OS yet? Obviously it's fallen apart.

You see, Dan..? The mere mention of super posivity got tomw19 back on an even keel. He's now into a best-foot-forward-and-heading-into-the-future-with-supreme-confidence-kinda-style stance.

I reckon this deal is going through and, let me tell you, Saints are by no means finished bringing in the quality yet..! Next season's squad is going to look pretty damn impressive. Let me write the word struggling when applied to Southampton for the last time in the club's history. From next season it'll be nothing less than the Super Saints. :)
