My legs just hurting all the time and now ive got this new pain behind my knee which feels like someones stabbing it with a knife! Like proper cramp constantly since 5.30 this morn that you get playing football

    Oh well, onward and upwards

Ive got some painkillers and vodka with my name on it in the kitchen :emoticon-0116-evilg

  6. I was off work for a month with my arm; mainly because I only had half a pot on for the first ten days and then they decided I was better off without one!!! #****s

I had numbness from the tip of my thumb to about six inches down my arm from the wrist. I couldn't bend my thumb knuckle and I could hardly bend my arm from the elbow either. I had three months of physio (which I thought was a waste of time) and I got sent for nerve tests*. I eventually got a bit of movement in my elbow and thumb so devised my own physio...FIFA! It seemed to work well as it exercised all the problem areas, only problem I had was the numbness but that got better over time (probably at about 30% numbness now, I broke it on 15 April 2012, can't forget that date can I!!!)

    * this was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I sooner re-break my arm or have severe tooth ache than go through these tests again. Using needles, the sent electric currents through my arm. The needles were put into my scar (from operation on my arm just a few weeks before), nerves and even bones! They even put it in the bit of skin between the thumb and index finger. The first few tests (they were in sets of six and there were about eight sets) were fine but the last few were strong currents and it knocked me for six, had to lay down after going very pale, faint and nauseous! they told me afterwards that most go like that on the set of tests before that one though

  7. Stick to a discussion rather than the cat fighting. I will just close the thread if it turns into a slanging match <ok>

    ok ;)

tbf £53m is too much but ball's in Napoli's court and he's one of it not the best striker in the world and therefore irreplaceable to them. Like I said on our board, it's his release clause so why shouldn't they hold out?

  9. Absolutely. If Napoli want him, don't need to sell and there is a no enough contract in place then they should stick to their guns. We (Liverpool) want to do that with Suarez and I'm sure you guys would do the same if someone wanted Mata <ok>

Must've been hard with kids mate, I remember you saying it was before

    Like the FIFA idea! Awesome

Nerve tests sound horrible, I'd have been like the majority and nearly passed out from the first lot I reckon. Mind you I used to think I was a wimp (scared of needles etc) but with this ive had all sorts of jabs (not like those nerve tests though they sound bad) and seeing my shin split into two different directions and foot wrong way around, and still didnt pass out! Ive give myself kudos for that :)

I think I wouldve though had the bone pierced the skin, my x rays show the bones pushing the skin out and the staff say it was extremely close, that would have done me in I reckon

  19. Did you know that, unless it is written into your contract and you don't show any signs of intent, you can't be sacked for dropping to sleep at work?

  20. Well, I'm guessing that's a jibe at me for removing argumentative posts. I'd already asked for it to be cut out before deleting the comments prior to that post. If others then proceed to carry on the argument and they get deleted then that is their own fault. If you want to have a school playground type argument then feel free to visit one of the many rivalry banter threads or general chat <ok>

If it wasn't aimed at me, then please ignore this <ok>
