Kiyoshi won from a bad draw in the opening and Sky Latern won also so the draw CANT be that bad surely?
Any idea how many left in the placepot? Im waiting on Enrol/Democretes. Dont imagine it will be worth too much today
You love it really Bob, you are just in denial. You will be found around Aintree at some point wishing they would just take down the fences, getting all emotional wondering what a race it would be without those pesky fences. Well done on your big bet, fortune favours the brave indeed.
Why was Kyioshi's draw bad? Plenty have come down that side on the straight course. If anything a high draw has been a positive on the straight course this week. Sky Lantern was totally different, she was drawn wide on the round course which is a disadvantage because you can't go tight round the bend so you are effectively running slightly further than you have to.
Paddy power paying 6 places so picked out 3 in this Smarty Socks 20/1, Baccarat & Bertiewhittle both 14/1
High draw the advantage on the straight course imho. I won't be backing anything low drawn tomorrow on the straight course.
For soemone who doesnlt like flat racing you have some knowledge Bob Lovely punt by the way. Have had a few of them not come off!
Well, that wasn't too bad tward07 was it, 3rd at 33/1? Had about five or six bets in total all week, so got a few euro back with this!
I'm taking the 16s on Mad Moose right now for tomorrow. He gave yesterday's Royal Ascot winner Elidor a stone and a beating and then stayed on bravely when battered but 2nd to Mount Athos who is a class horse. I can see someone latching onto him he looks value to me (hopefully he'll decide to race )
probably not nass but that's stake back which, all things considered, is a good return from a Royal Ascot race
Only just seen the race as been at work but what the hell was SDS playing at?! Appalling ride. Came flying home at the end and was by far the best horse in this race.
Hull FC -8 points tonight at evens, top up those Royal Ascot winnings for some and for those like me claw back the loses
Adam Kirby has just ridden two really superb races at Newmarket this evening, interestingly one for S. Bin Suroor who I am not sure I have noted him riding for before.
