Listening to the radio recently, there is talk of new "super-prisons", with a large number of existing ones being closed & the land sold off. Anyone know if any nearby prisons might be suitable in terms of location / size / access? Could that be a possibility?

Al Fayed was the only foreign owner in the PL when RA arrived. Only a fool would deny RA's arrival drastically changed the PL, whether you think it was for the good or bad is a matter of opinion. But I'd rather enter the season not definitely knowing who will win the league this season than being able to pretty much bank on Man U winning it with the odd Arsenal success here and there.

People need to read up about the history of Russia, collapse of Soviet Union and Oligarchy before spouting the lazy, xenophobic "Russian Gangster" mantra, also the work he has done in Chukotka and other areas which the Russian government abandoned.
