!... the Special One insists UEFAâs new finance rules mean the scatter-gun approach to buying players is now over. He said: âItâs very motivational and demands more from you. You have to think more about every decision and every move. âEvery wrong move you make has an influence on the future. âYou need to work more closely with the board in the financial area, you have to have a different perspective and a different look at the players on loan and youth football. âItâs more global. Instead of just focusing on your team, and your targets and ambitions, itâs an overall view. âItâs a different profile of job and Iâm happy with that, Iâm enjoying that.â Mourinho reckons regular Champions League football is the only way to keep the club on footballâs top table. I think Mourinho will say just about anything to get his name in the papers regardless of whether he believes what he says or not - what was todays headline, he didn't want the Man Utd job ? The bloke is like an attention seeking 8 year old for me...
It's not his fault papers like the Daily Mail believe him eating a doughnut or walking down a road is headline worthy. The media are obsessed. They ask questions, he answers, it's in the news no matter what he says. Try to think.
Not buying that. 'I'll go where I'm loved' Who speaks like that ? I've seen many interviews where he turns the question and speaks about him, the guy just craves attention. No doubt he's a great coach, maybe I just have the ability of speaking rationally and without blinkers
Do you think he goes to journalists and asks to be asked questions or do you think they follow Heinz. Which do you think is more likely?
