I checked a Zaha goal on Youtube to see if they played goal music and there wasn't any. I just looked again and it was an away game.
I didn't. I'll tell you summut else too, if they bring it in I will cut up my season and say bollocks to it.
Not arsed either way. Hardly the end of the world, we dont score many as it is.Unless we sign Bent then it'd get annoying as **** non stop Tiffany-if i get to pick !!
I want that horrible organ music they play at ice hockey games that gets faster and higher the longer it goes on. It could be played as a player takes his run up for a penalty.........................................Cringe.
When did you you start going to football? I started going to City in 1958, well before any sport started playing music. It has grown into an Americanization and it is shyte. What is the point of it. If this is the best idea we can come up with to improve the atmosphere at the KC then I give up. You must be a lot younger than me and that's why you have a happy clapper attitude to it all. I remember the youngsters at Boothferry Park making a great atmosphere in the mid 60s to the mid 70s and they didn't seem bloody music to be played after goals were scored. Had they played any it wouldn't have been heard anyway! Its down to us supporters to start getting woken up and making an atmosphere, something that seems lost on the vast majority today who just sit there like dummies playing with their mobile phones. God help us.
It's not just 'some music', it's the single most irritating thing at a football match, closely followed by drums, then scarf twirling...
I think you and I are out of a different cracker Lammi! If this bloke likes it then I suggest he should piss off to ice hockey, hed like that.
The clubs who play music after they score don't seem to mind. We didn't seem to mind the rubbish music after the match at Wembley. I hate music but if they only play it when our opponents score I suppose we will like it even less. I hate cheerleaders as well although Crystal Palace do have a great streaker record. If you like attractive young women at sport go to tennis. I still remember Sara Gomer sitting next to me at Wimbledon about 30 years ago.
Peter, they play music at Selhurst after a goal is scored and it just makes me cringe. I have no problem with music before or after a game but as far as Im concerned, and there are loads like me, I hate it during games and I don't think it has any part to play.
That was after the match though. After a goal is scored....... no thanks. Also, Palace's goal celebrations are just the worst ones by a mile.
