This little gem posted in a thread about Luiz and Mata potentially being sold by Chelsea. That's the problem with thrashing around desperately trying to prove a non existent point DL, you forget what you've said elsewhere to try and prove another non existent point and invariably make yourself look like a ****.
When your club has won **** all you dont care how they win, that explains the indifference to winning the CL by luck and opting out of playing the game. I understand that. What's funny though is that they would have been gloating like **** if Pep had taken the Chelsea job, but seeing as he said no to a club he couldnt bring himself to manage and chose a club with a history and one of bags of success. Even though it proves Jose was not RAs first choice, which in turn proves Jose and Chelsea are a couple of convenience and nothing more, they still cant get their heads around the fact that if Jose had the choice of another top posting he would have taken it and that Jose was not RA's first choice, a man like him would not want to go crawling back to someone he undermined and then sacked Jose's been sacked from 2 of his last 3 jobs though Sacking No.3 coming up
No "apparently" DL, he was offered the job and turned it down. It is no secret RA wants attractive football that he did not get from Jose, sure wasn't that why Grant was lumped on him.
according to who exactly? the game has gone to **** because idiots like you and the OP actually believe the tripe written in the papers.
SO you are saying Pep was not offered the job? I didn't troll the internet for links no that is true.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ovich-offers-Pep-Guardiola-total-control.html http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n...diola-met-abramovich-over-chelsea-role-170828 http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...rch-by-pep-guardiolas-shock-move-8454743.html there are many many links for whatever they are worth but I reckon the truth is RA wanted him and he said fk no
plenty of why Jose Would have turned it down (united Job) ones if he HAD been offered it Even Jose said it himself "apparently"
not saying he hasn't, but where's the stone cold proof he was? and not any newspaper as they're all bullshit. Pep announced his resignation and they all jump to conclusions. and believe me, I'm not in the least bit bothered if he did turn us down. He was far down on my list for our next manager, needs to prove himself elsewhere first.
Roman did meet him, Pep said so, has been reported as saying so. Nobody is saying Jose was offered the United job with any conviction. Roman wants stylish football, Pep promotes that kind of thing. I reckon there is more than a quantum of truth in RA meeting him and being refused
you saying it isn't going to convince me, show me concrete evidence, videos of Pep saying these things or even quotes from reliable sources.
i'd like to know when Roman apparently met him as he was talking to Jose as early as 2012 and Pep was talking to Bayern as early as then as well.
RA would never try to hijack Pep with offers of a vast salary and complete control. No way would that honest model of a human being do something like that
His agent confirmed he'd had offers for more money from other clubs (plural) after he joined Bayern. Not many clubs could have afforded to offer him more, given he wouldn't go to Real.
