This £15m is a made up figure even if it is made up by the Allams. Why should you just go by transfer fees when you can get loan players or free transfers. If we are paying out wages for loan players and free transfer it will affect the transfer fees we pay because there's less money available. If the £15m means anything it will mean the cash actually paid out in the season on transfer fees not the deal we strike over three years of payments.
