    A few murmurings doing the rounds about the bin dippers having a offer accepted for Joey. Can't see him wanting to go as he's a Toffee but wouldn't be surprised if this came off. Would be funny to see Stevie G's reaction to it!

    For my own selfish reasons i hope he stays, but because of my love for him, i'd want him to take the opportunity, as Liverpool would be a great move and he deserves better.

    Can't believe that fat cockney **** wouldn't offer him a 4 year contract after a season like that.

    He's got ATLEAST another 4 good years in him. FFS he's only 28, look at Giggs and Scholes man!

    Why does everyone think that just because Andy Carroll said he wanted to stay, and left, that means everyone at the club would leave to go to Liverpool if they got the opportunity?

    Why do people, when making judgements on players, refer to past players that have let them down or kept their word?

    And he's also willing to take a pay cut to stay. Carroll would have never settled for that because he's a greedy ****.
