    A lot of rumours going around on twitter saying there might be a friendly arranged between us and Rangers on the 13th of July at Ashton Gate. Hope this is true would be a great game to have at the gate.

    On paper, a third-tier English club against a third-tier Scottish club isn't exciting. I also cannot see Rangers fans wanting to come down all the way to Ashton Gate.

    Wouldnt mind seeing that given the wife's team is Rangers. Though if we were to play them and lost I doubt Id ever hear the end of it.

    Like us they are in the middle of a massive rebuild although they are 12 months ahead of us there.

    There are plenty of Rangers fans outside of Scotland - I think they would probably fill the East End if it happened...

    As I said 2nd biggest following in the UK 2nd to Manchester United in fans outside their home city I think its Celtic third and Liverpool 4th at least that's what it was some 2 years back so I suppose a lot of the glory hunters might be following Manchester City now.
