lol I was joking but to say a couple others Vito Mannone - If he is willing to come to the championship Fraser Forster - He has given a desire to leave Celtic Simon Moore - As said above, I really rate this guy. He did make a mistake in the play-off final but every other time I've seen him he has been pure class and I know a scout aswell who said he is gonna be huge Ross Turnbull - out of contract at Chelsea Would you like more names or is this sufficient?
Who's being pedantic? Proud stated he was voted the 'best keeper in the league', I merely pointed out that last seasons 'best keeper in the league' couldn't get a game in the Premier League the following season. Not that hard to follow, surely?
I wasn't, McCarthy definitely wouldn't come to us. Mannone - Not available, and if he was, would probably get a Premiership club. Forster - Premiership-bound. Moore - Could be a good shout, but haven't seen enough of him. Would certainly not be as good/better than Kasper immediately though, that's for sure. In the future? Who knows... Turnbull - Been benchwarming for too long ha would reserve any judgement til he actually plays a few games in a row... Next...!
Last season Kasper was the Championship goalkeeper of the season.... Rob Green, who was kept out by one of the standout goalkeepers in the league last season, was the Championship goalkeeper of the season before last.
Fact- Ross Turnbull has more medals from his time at Chelsea then appearances If Kasper did go then I would go after either Keiren Westwood or try and get Jack Butland on loan
The former yes ... the latter not for me ... flaps so much I'm expecting to see him fledging on Springwatch any time soon ...
Kasper was indeed voted the PFA Championship keeper of the season, but the season before it was Kelvin Davis... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PFA_Team_of_the_Year
Oh right, thought Green won it. My point still stands. The lad Southampton signed was class for them.
I mistakenly assumed everyone would know the phrase without me having to write it out in full - but then again this is the Leicester board so I clearly should not have made such an assumption!
agree with Olm maybe a slight increase in money or potentially same money and Hobbs certainly won't go as high as 3 million either way .
