Looks like I will be missing this as I will be sunning my fat arse on holiday. No doubt we will get knocked out early as usual.
When is the first league game? Is the Bristol Rovers game likely to be midweek for the first league game on the Saturday?
Bring it on I couldn't stop myself.... from posting... I am supposed to be working hard writing today ..... But it is so exciting
When Dyche was in charge, we had exactly the same tie and it got delayed by a week because the riots in London had spread to Bristol. That time, we lost on penalties but we don't want to lose to a team managed by a former WFC striker and assistant manger, John Ward.
I wonder what would persuade The Met to trigger some more riots and get it delayed again by a week? I will be back then and could go..I am sure they could find another druggie to shoot up...
i will be away, and am quite glad not to have to make another trek to Bristol, despite it being Rovers this time. The last time at City the journey was a nightmare and i finally got home at 2.30am...won't want to do that again in a hurry!
Why do we never ever get Brentford away or Leyton Orient away in the cups??? Ah well, hopefully one of those two can get promoted next season.
You won't miss much the mem is a bit of an eyesore and your team should steamroller the Gas If you play anything like this last season, The Rovers fans are pinning their hopes on your players not being up for playing a L2 team away.
