So what you're saying is - you're ignoring the fact you don't have enough fans for a big new Stadium that BIG Clubs have? You realise playing in a shed makes you small time right? And to echo the Proudster, spending 3 years in League 1 is nothing short of tinpot.

Do Forest fans realise that, to anyone under the age of about 25, their club is nothing more than a bog-standard, middle-of-the-road club with an average fan-base and no recent success? I have never seen Forest play in the Premier League in my 12 years as a football supporter. In which time, I have seen Wimbledon, Watford, Coventry, Bradford, Wigan, Reading, Sheffield United, Burnley, Blackpool and even DERBY all play in the top flight. Forest may well have been a big club once upon a time when God was a boy and Elvis was still alive, but they're not now. Indeed, since 1999 (when I began supporting Leicester); Leicester City have spent 4 years in the Premier League, been promoted twice, had a brief European campaign and won two trophies. Nottingham Forest have spent 3 years in League One, been promoted once and have won ZERO trophies. So, in short, if you were growing up when the Spice Girls were around, Forest are no more than a mid-table Championship team.
In recent history both Leicester and Derby are bigger then Forest. With us being in europe and winning trophies we beat Derby and Forest are no where to be seen So looking at recent history Notts County are forest biggest rivals
Me smells a wiff of "jealousy" wafting down the road...... Florest fans hate the fact that in the last 15 years we've been more competitive, played at a higher standard for longer, dipped our toes into Europe, been to Wembley and won trophy, got a modern stadium with 32,500 seats and undoubtedly had more highs along the way. Oh and League 1 for 3 seasons must really sting Poor florest fans, it must hurt. Just Jealous......

Is´nt it "Leicester ARE a big club" ? For i.e... Leicester ARE a club that play in blue. Leicester ARE a club better than Chav. Leicester ARE a club with a bigger fan base than Chav. Leicester ARE a club with more money than Chav, Derby & Forest put together. I could go on but I can´t be f***ed. I see all the n*b heads from 'bbc606' are starting to appear on our 'not606' now. Mods delete all the p*icks so we can concentrate on talking football.
The problem with this thread is it's like the neighbours dog taking a **** in your back yard - it stinks and it ****ing annoys you - then you have to clear up the mess - With us responding to it, it keeps the **** fresh and smelly and moves back to the top of our board. While I can understand you thinking I'm being a little hypocritical I think we should leave this **** to get hard then eventually time will deal with it
