Was too knackered to watch, Saturday night caught up with me. Chuffed he won, fair play. At the start of play I was thinking Schwartzel until he three putted four holes in a row. Not just me then!
Very difficult course clearly. Funny thing was they had driveable par fours, allegedly, and they were all making bogey on them. There are one or two there who will never win a big one, Stricker and Mahan being two, they just don't have the nuts for it.
I think Donald can be added to the list. I haven't lost total faith in Westwood because with him it isn't mental, it's just the putting. I still think he'll win one, although it has to be this year or next, as everything else in his game is so brilliant. Still think he's got a great chance at Muirfield. The double figure scores were when they were going out of bounds, makes a refreshing change having actual in play out of bounds in these tournaments. Did you notice how they didn't walk up to where the ball went out and drop another and call it three?
Ah I am well aware off the tee if its out of bounds play another, the fact being we didnt know what was out of bounds and what wasnt.
That wasn't my argument, my argument was you playing it as three when it should be four. Three off the tee, next shot is your fourth. What's Wednesday's forecast for up there?
Looks ok on the BBC weather app. Cloudy, possible showers. It'll change by Wednesday but we might be ok.
its saying rain on the evening... But yes will change id imagine. My mate may pop along too if we do South Hereford again.
Seems the best bet I think. Will know better tomorrow but I see no reason why I can't be there by four.
Sound, the twilight ten pound thing is after four is it not? More time for beer in that pub after too.
It is indeed. The weather has already changed as is saying it wont rain til about 7 now. I can leave here about 3:30 so should get there just after 4.
