good idea lol Meanwhile, never put off til Wednesday, what you can start on Monday...unless you suddenly remember that on the way to Millwall you're stopping in at Bodeans for a big fat nosh up! lol...last supper..and THEN i start! i don't look forward to it, but once i start, i enjoy it!
Well I have no idea what is happening with my body, played golf on Friday but not even half way round I started getting pains in my right elbow thought damn Tennis elbow back again Played through the pain barrier dropping clubs after swinging was not the best way to play but wanted to get a decent score Anyway at the end of the round the pain was so that I was in agony just shaking hands Managed to drive home put on my 'tennis elbow' support, pain subsided over the weekend but I thought I would just get it checked out by the medical staff as it wasn't right if you know what I mean. So the Doc listened to what I said and I thought it was 'Golf elbow' after looking on the 'Patient' website and the Doctor agreed then he said let's have a look, so I showed him my elbow and he said that is not right as there is a swelling on the joint best get a xray done so off I went to Witney to get a xray, now got to wait a week for the results My dearly beloved keeps mentioning the knackers yard, the glue or soap factory, frankly I think she wants me put down
well, i've lost my first stone of 3...and tomorrow i start a new regime with even more exercise..i'm nervous but excited...if i do all the exercise i'm supposed to do this week, then by rights the weight should fall off! Here's hoping! if only it wasn't so darn easy to put on again!
Here's a thought H, as well as sponsorship for the run, why not get sponsorship for losing weight, going to the same cause? Whatever you decide, you have my backing, I know you will succeed! Best of luck!
You obviously don't know H very well! If she decides to do something, it will happen come hell or high water!
Keep it up H - sounds like you're doing ok. I'm still plodding away with the diet - have now lost 22.5 kg since the end of January. All without the help of exercise though, thanks to my gammy knees. Have a follow-up appointment with the knee surgeon in three weeks time & should find out then when he plans to chop them off.
I've decided to enter the Jersey Marathon this year but not the whole thing or even as a member of a team doing it as a relay, but the 3km fun run. Even though you can if you want, I've chosen not to run it in fancy dress. However, it's in October, so if anyone knows if there's a spare Harry costume available, that might be useful! jerzeypie is doing the round the island walk again this year (it's on Saturday), but I've decided that as I've attempted it 6 times and completed it twice, that's quite enough for me.
I like to keep fit on my days off, up and downstairs every couple of hours to make a coffee and grab a pack of crisps and a chocolate bar
