Pardew to walk...

Ok so the title is a little misleading and I know there is a thread on JK but I don't want this thread to be about Kinnear and his ability etc.

Am I the only one thinking that given Kinnear has arrived and his role profile is to have the final say on transfers and develop the playing style of the team (which is generally the managers job) that he has been hired purely to get Pardew to walk???

I'm now thinking that MA didn't insert a clause in Pardew's contract and didn't want to suffer a huge pay off by sacking him. So in order to get him to walk he's appointed JK and given him half of Pardew's job role. Once Pardew does then resign MA can promote Kinnear (or in this case maybe demote is the more appropriate term) to the position of manager on the cheap.

Or am I just so outraged at this appointment that I'm thinking too much in it purely because I don't want it to be true???

 

This could be a very smart way to save a few quid compensation on that 8 year deal.

Thought it was a bit too quiet..... And was wishing for something to happen....... But then we get...... Cabaye to Monaco, Tiote and Cisse in a fuss over Wonga, we only need two players and don't seem to be anywhere near signing any of our supposed first choice targets.
Then we get Joe Kinnear, who is going to make NUFC better, just when you thought you had seen it all, Ashley and clowns remind you, that you ain't seen nothing yet!
I thought they wanted to promote stability, well it's not going to come from this latest piece of brilliance, is it?
If we as fans are stumped by this latest debacle, what must the players make of it ? Not exactly making us an attractive option for those already there or those we may want to persuade to come. This is rubbish.
