Christ you lot are a joke with this 'sideways move' ****. He stands a hell of a good chance of getting European football within the next year or so with us. You've just gone thru a relegation scrap! Sure, you could go on to do really well withPDC , but odds are you will end up mid-table best. Plus his wages will most likely double with us! Players care about cash.

Players also care about playing, especially in a World Cup year, this is less likely if Reina doesn't move...

As I have always maintained, we have another quality keeper at the club.

Liverpool is not a sideway step though, thats rdiculous <doh>

If you're gonna come on here with your big fat cigar, fake Ray Ban's and bald head, At least suply some reasons as to why you disagree? ;) Love the avatar by the way.

Seriously though fella, what more are they offering? And don't say better chance of playing in europe because none of us can predict the future, they might not play in the champions league for another 20 years. Besides, if/when the cannibal leaves, they'll be left with a mid table squad. It's like you losing colo, your not big enough to attract better because there isn't many better out there. irreplaceable.

Yes of course, him moving from you to our bench is worse than sidestep, it's a step down. But for that reason I feel Reina must be on his way out and we are hunting for a replacement

Suarez was out for quite a lot last season, our win record with him out the side is 60% compared to 40%. We will live without Suarez , as we did without Torres

it's a step up from us but Europa league is a load of ****e. Soon as his agent said he won't sign a new contract then his comitment to our club had gone in PDC eyes and best to just get rid.If you don't want to be with us then on your bike.Good player on not. Great keeper but agree with most. Why Liverpool?

remind me how many times you've played in the champions league sine Torres left?

that's not living mate, it's existing just like the rest of us. A side step if you will.

I'm still waiting for a list of reasons why liverpool would be a step up for Mig.

He deserves better than Liverpool there just a has been club and no better than a bunch of about six clubs there not going to get champions league in the near future.he needs to move to arsenal a team where he will get champions league year after year this will improve his profile big style

Exactly mate. Liverpool fans think they can offer what he wants. So by their logic if Arsenal matches a winning bid, then there's a chance he'd choose liverpool over arsenal. In their dreams!

What's best is....the best for Sunderland and not Mig. He's worth more but if he won't sign a new contract then 10m this year, 2m next year and free the next. Mig or a top class midfielder or striker? I know what I would rather have.

He'll be better paid, play at a much more famous club with far better players who finish higher in the league every single year.

Even if they would have a mid table squad (which they clearly wouldn't), they'd still be better than you (and us) currently. To suggest it would be a sideway step is incredibly biased.

Go and have a ****ing word with yourselves lads you just finished 17th, have a mental manager, an awful scouting system and a very poor squad of players. And yes I do know how **** we were last season and where we finished.

Absolutely this ^ arsenal should be his only viable move, unless his motivation are wages and we wont match it, which again begs the question of our financial standing? Stick him on £50k pw £2.6m pa is **** all in reality

Ah yes arsenal and their zero trophies in 8 years. Living the dream. Even during our ****e few years we have still won 3 major trophies since the goons won their last.
