    Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has Steve McClaren and Owen Coyle as his top 2 canidates as he prefers to go with an out of work manager ssn reporting.

    Demba Ba and Louis Zaha being linked with moves to West Ham. Zaha being a season long loan.

    Liverpool hope sign Sunderland gk Simon Mignolet for £8m next week.

    Most of Sunderlands summer transfers will come from Italy and France according to north east media.

    Spurs midfielder Scott Parker will be allowed to leave this summer. West Ham and Sunderland showing interest.

    Oh dear... Lukaku and Ba will not be going to West Ham no matter how badly big Sam wants them. Mourinho has already said Lukaku has a place in the Chelsea squad this Season, Ba has only just been signed by Chelsea and so can't see him leaving. He won't go back to West Ham. Maybe if Chelsea sign these strikers they're after.

    Zaha might happen though.

    I can see Ba actually, Mourinho doesn't seem to want him and has deemed him surplus. Signing Schurrle has put him further down the pecking order. Considering he was at West Ham before, and the fact it is still in London, make that seem like a probable deal.

    Lukaku however..... <laugh>

    Though you make a perfectly valid point, Demba Ba would be more suited to someone like Liverpool/Everton/Fulham. Not West Ham. He's an idiot if he goes back there.

    Tottenham Hotspur will allow midfielder Scott Parker to leave this summer.

    Newcastle Utd say that they shall only be able to take Darren Bent IF Aston Villa give him a free transfer and pay some of his £70k a week wages.

    Injuries and age sadly. I dont see Sunderland being of interest to him being a southerner, but maybe one from Fulham, Palace or West Ham could take a punt on him.
