Turning 21 in the UK may not mean as much as in some other countries, but there are a few things Philippe Coutinho can enjoy now he's reached the milestone age. In the USA he'd be able to enjoy a pint - but here on the British Isles we're all allowed to get merry at 18. they should do some reality tv shows down at melwood....maybe some documentaries they could sell to the us of yesteryear and such. they should be inventive.... look at the awful golf channel stuff in the us where i am right now and it had a lee travino thing on repeat... just get some old lads like smith and yeats to talk like sky did... time of their lives and such...
