I use a vapouriser pen. You unscrew the battery every night and plug it into a USB. Then you squeeze some nicotine fluid into it. You can choose different strenghs to help you cut down on your nicotine levels. S M L. And different flavours. Strawberry, blackberry even cheese cake. I use gold virgin!! Costs about £4 a week. You can find the pens on ebay for about a tenner!! I dont really smoke it like normal cigs. Just have a few chuffs if i get a craving. Like i say, havent touched a cig in months now. And after coughing up aload of lung oysters after the first week, feel alot healthier now.
