Lafferty is being moved on after enraging Sion chairman Christian Constantin with his performance in a 5-0 defeat to St Gallen last month.

Constantin hit out at four other players after the game, saying: "I won’t agree to their involvement in the team again. With regards to Lafferty, I accept he has had injuries which have affected him mentally and physically, but I’m still angry with him.

"He will work with our fitness coach because he is no use to us just now."

Cool mate as I'd be more than happy with either or both of those, Do Prado is a man mountain so could easily replace del boys' physicality but works harder than Trotter if he leaves and Jackson had that knack of getting important goals for the Canaries in their promotion season
