    look if you look at it its reasonably well done as a mail.

    there are a few things to look for;

    1. the signature, does he give an offical phone number, fax, and postal address in there? if he is communicating as an executive you would expect that. what do you see? desk phone, blanked out, mobile, blanked out. no fax, no postal address. the rest of the address not blanked is telling as its very general and could be lifted off any response to a public reply. A professional executive practice would be to give the postal address, then the registered crap that is here then you would put something legal to make is celar that if you are not supposed to see this its private and you'll be sued.

    "The contents of this message and any attachments to it are confidential and may be legally privileged. If you have received this message in error, you should delete it from your system immediately and advise the sender.

    To any recipient of this message within XXX, unless otherwise stated you should consider this message and attachments as "XXX CONFIDENTIAL".

    this is on my email work signature.

    2. look at the message subject: it just says fw:

    they blanked out to and from to hint that they are protecting who sent it and who got it from them.... thats fair enough i guess but the subject line is different in the body and in the mail..... would ayre say LS as a subject? I don't know only someone who gets mails from ayre would be able to say if he talks this way.

    3. he addresses readers Plural as "gents"... again distribution list is not only blanked out but complete missing. outlook should give you the full list of people unless it was deleted. if you delete that why not delete the signature and numbers?

    4. the body of the mail says this mail was sent TODAY, not only by the person but by ayre.. it was sent, the forwarded then posted in less than and hour or two! basically we are to believe that he did this today.

    5. finally. language. everyone has a go at me for bullets... but this mail is not only poorly constructed, its hard to read and choppy in the sentences.. "Plans are well underway to fill this." underway is not a word, that would be highlighted by spellchecker.... I am thinking ayre is more concise and clear than this in memos... he's got to be from a commercial background dealing with customers etc.

    All in all I would not be shocked if it turned out accurate but i just think its made up as a gut reaction.

    I think suarez will not move 1st july. i think real work to a different timeline than that.

    "LFC" telling the Mirror it's a fake. Hardly think they'd (Club)believe it warranted an official statement or anything.

    well if the club are saying anything it'd be officially on website which it aint so i think that's also balls.

    in the end its a matter of 40mil so...... does it change anything... nope. do we think it only today that whomever "gents" are needed telling that FT strategy is employed and authorisation or whatver... i hardly think so. Its like a note sent to others after someone gave him authorisation and as it sets context is far to easy to beleive its written for the benefit of public reading it not the gents who would already know the context of torres and pervious work.

    I mean come on... if it were confirming authorisation it could have been one in. "Authorisation on LS per whomever, timing 1st july as discussed"..... why do the "gents " needs contest of the why and how when clearly you'd have sat down round a table and talked it out privately or at worst on the phone.

    Unrealistic that someone connected to the Liverpool board would be using that version of windows.
