I'd be happy to perform the op if it means it will help my very good friend Maestro win.

I have pair of house bricks and a rusty old hacksaw ready.

My brother once worked outside all day on a lovely summer's day. With his top off.

When he got home he said he had a really sore back from painting outside all day.

So his wife said I've got some cream for that and kindly proceeded to rub Deep Heat to sooth his poor back - which was hurting from SUNBURN! <laugh>

Thought you were more of a 'Hai Karate' kind of guy in your day, with the big hair, open shirt, gold medallion, hairy chest, tight trousers look.

It was in my army days.
We had been on a 48 hour exercise and after staying in a waterlogged trench wearing army issued shreddies and long johns, I developed a nsty case of what is commonly known as bollock rash!
it go so bad I could hardly walk, so I went to the MO to see if there was anything he could give me for it.
In those days, and opp might back me up here, the army doctors sole cure for anything was ralgex <yikes>

Well, I tried some on it and it stung so bad that I was hopping up and down holding them in my hand to try and stop them bouncing against my skin.
My mate said there was a glass of liquid on the shelf and to dab some of that on it to see if that would ease the burning sensation. The said liquid in glass was in fact Old Spice <yikes. And before you ask, NO, it did not ease the bloody stinging <grr>

Still, at least the sight of you like that scared off those Viking invaders, so it was all good in the end.
