bit more on the lad.... The Sunderland are serious, after Diakite , the team of Paolo Di Canio is close to the defender of Lazio , Cavanda , whose contract expires next year. The player's agent has already met with the leaders of Sunderland : the agreement is there, now we need to try to lower the asking price from Lazio . The Lazio ask for 7 million, the British will offer 5. A Sunderland but are unsure about his next call, as next year the young man goes out of contract and Lazio could lose it to zero, just as happened to Diakite http://www.juvenewsradio.it/sunderl...s&utm_campaign=sunderland-cavanda-ad-un-passo fast as ****, 6ft 3" and he looks canny built, I think this lad is going to fit into the premier league quite nicely, only 22 as well
We wont know till he comes but look at how many games Killgalon played last season? if he is replacing him then its alright by me. The thing is good plays can play in any league, look at Alfie he was young and untried and did alright in his first 6 months.
I loved Cana. He could have been class for us but seemed to want away very quickly as with several signings under Bruce - Bent, Gyan etc. Cana could have been a legend by now albeit with only about a dozen appearances due to suspensions etc. Lol
I think its great we are getting most of our business done early. Also if we do well next season it could convince Migs to stay & sign a new deal. I'm very excited for next season also I cant wait to see who we get up front. -------------------------------Migs------------------------------- Cavanda-----------Roberge--------Diakite---------------Orban --------------------Cabral----------Catts/Alfie------------------- -------AJ----------------------------------------------Sess------- ---------------------Fletcher----------------?--------------------- I wouldn't mind us going for Shane Long I really rate the lad could be a perfect partner for Fletch
that is a very interesting side I have to say mate but I still think their will be another 5 or 6 new faces coming in. I think we need 3 proven players in that 5 or 6 the spine of a side is massive, if you have a good spine then it can get you a few places higher up the table. a top class CB, CM and a 15 goal a season big, strong striker all to go straight into the first team
Screw 442. The premier league is evolving and we're are with it finally. I don't want the tactics on the pitch to resemble outdated 90s football. What's the point changing our infrastructure off the pitch if we're not on it? One upfront with two inside forwards supporting, and an attacking midfielder a bit deep of the 3. 442 leaves gaping holes against the 451/433 the rest of the league is playing. Teams just exploit the space between the lines.
I would go with... Mignolet Cavanda - O'Shea - New CB - Rose New CM - N'Diaye Johnson - Sessegnon - New LW New CF rest of squad New GK Colback Orban Diakite Roberge Cuellar Brown Cabral Larsson Ba McClean New W/AM Wickham Fletcher New CF
Alan Hutton is a big guy too would could bomb up and down the touchline. I hear that he wants to go back to Spain on a permanent deal after resurrecting his career following in his own words "a period of falling out of love with the game". I really liked the guy when he was on loan to us, so best of luck to him.
How about adam johnson who we bought for loads, he wasnt in the man cty side was he, rose was plucked from spurs res on loan , so wheres the logic
