The lads coaching at the academy are good, not quite that skilled though.

Many of those skills performed given the right coaching many kids six, seven, eight upwards will be able to perform.

That's what I thought he seems to be able to show in easy steps how to do the tricks which would give confidence to youngsters to help them progress plus if our other coaches could learn these moves as well surely it would help them in their teaching if only to get the attention of the kids to start with.

I coach and can do many of the tricks demonstrated.

The videos are a excellent tool. Often tricks look complex, but really don't involve much manipulation of the football, it is simply a case of where the feet are being positioned e.g Maradona turn is impossible if feet are level.

It is something I would like City to do. Each week, fortnight, or month they could provide you tube clip for kids, trick of the week, drill of the week that sort of thing. Kids could demonstrate them under instruction from coaches and current players. Clubs elsewhere do similar.

Bloody good idea there. Adomah has a few tricks to showcase to kids.

Best keep the City defensive videos for another year yet.

Why? A video of Fontaine showing how to tackle would be a best seller

    on the comedy circuit.

Walsh shuffle (step over) would be something to teach kids don't want them roared at after watching a city defensive video.

The Walsh Shuffle/Step over should be taught in South Bristol schools as part of the educational sylabus.

    A thing of beauty.

The Gas had Devon Whites elbows.

Let us hope they are selective as to whom they choose to demonstrate the various skills

Been merrily watching clips. Cant see it either. Was going to show it to my son. Weird thing is on those clips is its absence, he was the shuffle as much as the excocet shooting.
