It's just to get ideas though Leo... I could do a collage in Photoshop if necessary, haven't used it in a while but should be fine. I think we're going to need a vote on this, or some kind of decision anyway, otherwise we're just going to end up with loads of pics...
Of course you can have wide shots of things other than the Vic ,Tobys idea of a collage is a good one ! Incorporating many aspects of watford historical moments (another idea) Obviously including GT and SEJ!
I haven't used it in ages, and only ever messed around with it so couldn't tell you what effects/styles can be used, but I could easily make a collection of pictures and lay them out in whatever display needed? I also think the top half of the badge stretched across the top of the screen would look pretty good too
I need some form of consensus though on what to put in, it'll take a while for me to figure out how to do it to, and I haven't really got the time to play around with it for fun. Would be happy to do it if there's a fixed idea though
Personally I would prefer the stadium - creates a stronger impression - to stretch the crest so wide woud make it either unrecognisable or silly - also what happens when players move on - Maltese Mick wont keep updating the site background.
Sounds good Toby... Not really great with photoshop or anything, but if you have time and don't mind doing it, maybe do a couple of 'mock-ups' and see what we fancy!! Wonder if there is a pic on the internet of the Liverpool League Cup Semi a few years ago with all the yellow balloons... may have to go searching!!
How about scenes of past glories lifting play off final trophys or divisional trophys ! at wembly 99 or millenium 2006!
I think going with the ground picture is the easy option and with the combined intellect on this board we can be more original and do a lot better!
