I'm back home now, I would never stand anyone up.

I ordered pre restaurant drinks and because Minxy was obviously busy, she never received my order until later.

No problem.

Can I please have my cider now?

I've never tried rum & ginger

 

Dark rum & ginger is quite nice Minxy.

Been drinking prosecco all evening, so it's a nice change.

What have you been up to today?

 

Housework this morning ... lazy afternoon ... watched the cricket

& we had a take-away tonight & watched the 'New Tricks' dvd I got for my birthday .... just love the series

My son & his girlfriend are off to Gatwick tomorrow ... flying out to Cape Verdi on Monday morning ... so been helping them with a few bits

 

Love New Tricks especially James Bolam.

Hope your son enjoys his adventure to Cape Verde (blinking Eck, who wouldn't )

We had a good meal at Bella Vista, but mainly just had a right laugh with lots of friends.
