Not sure they are chicken, if it had been played and we won, it would mean absolulety nothing, a friendly match does not count, there are no bragging rights, as in most friendlies, the rules are altered which is why it is a friendly.
Oh christ totally agree, it would have been a weird situation. If we won, they would say its only a friendly, and likewise the other way. I would much prefer to show them up in a match that means something, but then they will probably have some excuse.
Well unless we draw you lot in one of the cups, it's gonna be a mighty long time before we play each other again
