It is suppose to be a big advantage to get automatic promotion because you have more time for new signings and to plan for the new season. But thanks to these clowns who are running our boardroom we are falling behind. I would not be suprised to see Swansea jump ahead of us with new signings.
this happen last season and it took us a while to sign any one. then we did and every one moaned about who we signed. just chill out neil knows what hes doing
Whats the odds that Swansea make signings before us? Jeez. Can't wait to have something to grumble about. I am sure it will be added to the Ecclestone and Briatore hate campaign. If people only realised just what a piece of work Mittal is then maybe they wouldn't be so keen to scream and shout and sign stupid schoolboy petitions.
He's one of the richest men in the world, he won't be squeaky clean. He's got to be a better bet than the gruesome twosome though!
Hasn't Routledge signed yet?If not, He'll be our first. Then I think It'll be Graham and then Naughton. Anyone agree? The 1mill for Legs should go straight to the Transfer and wages Budget, and maybe another few sales of players we dont need. Getting rid of at least 2 left wingers will do, we already have 4 (Smith, Ephraim, Moen and Cook). Then selling Hulse, Agyemang and Vine would raise abit (But only abit). We don't need Mahon or Rowlands(I Don't want to get rid, just Warnock doesn't play him).Borrowdale isn't needed. Our four current centre backs are probably not good enough, so they'll probably be squad players and a few sub appearances, selling a few would raise something (do we need Hill, Gorkss, Connolly AND Hall, I don't think any of them are actually good enough). That would be extras for the budget, and we would be offloading some wages.
We don't need any signings! we have a dream machine now! ................................. please log in to view this image
Congrats Phil, I for one am glad it was Swans that did it. You were the most worthy out of that 4, and deserved it.
2 premiership teams have bid for Craig Mackail-Smith. Big rumours that we are one of them. Not sure I'd be overjoyed with that as it's a bit of a jump for him to be playing premier league football. Then again he could be the buy of the year. I hope we don't get the same crowd moaning about the lack of early signings like we did last year. Panic buys are what we don't want.
