Argyle will be wearing light blue as their away strip this coming season.

Oh dear not my favourite colour........the only colour I refuse to wear........but that's ok they won't be picking me to play this year or any year so that isn't a problem.

It's been suggested that upto eight teams could be wearing blue in Div2... at home, so maybe only occasionally will we have to wear Man C blue away.

Like the style, colour OKish why not white with the trimming in green that would have looked really good. Actually prefer the look to the home kit, still not keen on the darker green looks a bit dull and drab at least it matches the performances on the pitch.

I couldn't care less if they all wore TuTus if I'm honest. There has never been a decent away shirt since Luggie's Orange. At least they knew where their own players were and it never ever clashed with anyone in the crowd.

73 - 75 is proper Argyle colours. I've still got the 95-96 one in my wardrobe along with quite a few others. I couldn't afford shirts back in the seventies and anyway was away from Plymouth for most of it. This years is better than last years however.

You must get lonely on Argyle reunions then BC. I think there was a user name on another sight called Ottowagreen or something similar. Advertise in the lonely hearts collumn and see what pops up is my advice.

How bizarre, the style of your shirt for next season is quite similar to ours, although the 'wave' is much thicker on yours, covering the entire shoulder region. Same shape though.

OH NO!!!!!!! The battle of the Ports begins with the bleddy shirts. It's been a long time since we were rivals in the same league PompeyLapras but I bet the rivalry won't match days of yore. It used to be a good'n in the old days.

    Welcome to our board.

Thank you. I'm far too young to remember the rivalries in the old days (I doubt I had even been born then) but from what I've read, perhaps it might not be a bad thing that the rivalry won't reach quite those levels.

Good healthy banter this time round only I trust<ok> Will be good to resume the battle of the ports again shame we both had to fall so far before it happened!!!!! Hopefully a top of the table clash when we meet, you guys should be there or there abouts as for us not so sure.

Had a few trips to Fratton Park in the past and a few pints before the game without any problems but you did not have to look too hard or far to find the usual suspects playing up.

Sensible we are relying on you to distract the Prettyjohn's when these games are on, or at least get the better-half to do it for you!!!!<laugh>
