I see Xbox One is trending on twitter, apparently you can only lend a game to one person once forever.

 

It's up to the third party publishers too, so different rules for different games. This kinda thing was inevitable though, game development costs are soaring and they need to shut down that used game market to sustain large projects.

They also have an option for 10 people to share the same game which is a pretty large number. PS3 already does this and only allows 5.

It's **** if you buy a lot of used games, or if you're an employee of GAME which is totally ****ed now. If you work for anyone else in the game industry or if you're a customer who only buys new, it's good.

 

What do you guys think about the Fernandinho, cant believe they payed £30 mill for this guy. Is he actually any good?

 

Does "prioritize by file order" do the job? It seems to have got the first episode on high priority and the rest on normal.

Yeah, that'll probably just put some on higher priorities than others, meaning they'll all still be downloading at the same time but some faster than others. Probably far less effective.

 

He is pretty good. Everyone seems to be calling him a deep-lying playmaker, but he can play up front or behind the striker as well. He's fast and powerful. Still, too much money for someone his age. A 24 year old with the same ability would definitely justify the fee though.

Anyone on here play/played Battlefield? A couple of friends keep telling me it's really good, but I've never really sold it to myself.

Battlefield 3, yeah. It's a hard game to get to grips with, and you'll probably be **** for a good while. It's far, far better than COD in terms of teamwork. Everyone has to do a job for the team and you don't all run around the map like headless chickens; you stick with your team or squad (unless you're a sniper) and you all make your way to the objective. If you're carrying med kits or ammo boxes then you'll be expected to provide for your team mates when they're running low or the people with headsets will shout at you. It's pretty overwhelming at first with all the stuff you have to pay attention to, but once you get used to it it's fun as ****.
