havent been on much last few weeks, just wondered if anybody had any information yet on the new priority tickets for next season taking over from away direct that i might have missed? basically from a selfish point of view, as a member am i guaranteed tickets? thats all i want to know in all honesty..
If you have been a member of away directm then you have no worries. The ticket office also say that season card holders will also get priority. In other words loyal away fans will be looked after first. Unlike when Dufferman was in charge.
didnt duffers bring in " the 61 club" which meant only people that had been in since league one where guaranteed tickets, that was a good call as it stopped people just signing up for it for mthe premier league.
yes he did and yes it was. But duffers binned away direct for the PL and brought in the lottery system. Duffers was not bothered that other loyal away fans got to miss the big games. It was a disaster and pissed many loyal fans off. Glad that we are looking after the proper away fans first this time.
What about me, I only want to go to away games that have padded seats and espresso coffee! None of those rough places like Cardiff.
Many of us loyal fans got tickets for all away games in 2008/9 and 2009/10 and therefore were well looked after. Judging by some of our away attendances this season (356 at Turd Moor) there will be plenty of non loyal fans going to away games too.
