A great deal has been reported about the state of affairs currently gripping Swansea City F.C,with regards it's Manager,Management team,potential comings and goings of players,etc. The situation has gotten out of hand,and a state of hysteria is very much in evidence. All we have to date,as far as I can see anyway,are uncorroborated newspaper/internet articles,coupled with,"I know something about what's going on,but can't give any details",scaremongering. Can everyone just sit back, take stock,and wait for the real story to unfold. There is a story,and we may not like the last,or any paragraph,but it makes more sense to bide our time. No amount of teeth gnashing will alter the end result. If we lose our Manager,well that's happened before,and we survived. There may well be changes in playing personnel. What I am trying to say is that the World won't come to an end. A few contracts may,but that is nothing new now,is it? So -- CHILL OUT -- you know it makes sense.

We avoided second season syndrome because we had a new manager. Next season will be tough so may be a new manager will be a good thing if it happens. Would prefer ML to stay and there to be a compromise on the differences.

No point in worrying about the rumours. Once things are official we can believe them. The board said they are working quietly to secure targets thus there is no news to tell but the press goes mental anyway. Canas = done. The rest to follow in due course. Is it next season yet! STID!
Why anyone would get hysteria over football is beyond comprehension, Its a game a hobby a pastime and not life or death.....I love watching the game of any sport but due to where i was born then its natural that i should support swansea.....I dont care who comes who goes as thats all part of the game but the bullshit that goes behind the scenes i dont care about. Im interested in what goes on but not to the point of hysteria as there is far more important things in life than football or any other sport....After over 55 years and thousands of pounds spent watching the swans i have seen us down the bottom, at the top and back down the bottom again and back to the top again, Iv seen them play in front of a couple of thousand to over 32,000, there have been good managers and bad managers and average managers but i was always there watching the team play......Hysteria has never come into it as at the end of the day its just a game and nothing else....eventually we will probably be back at the bottom again and that the way it goes but you can always rely that god willing i will be there watching, no hysterics just there to support and watch my team play football.....
Good thread Vetch, let`s all take stock & welcome Canas + others soonish. I will just say that barry tantrum (ML`a agent) has previous for causing mayhem and dissent anongst the clubs where he`s been involved. It might be the wage structure that`s been at the root of the stuff the last week or so, just an opinion. It`s not MY opinion by the way.

Hell Norway only put a thread up saying he heard some bad news, don't see that as Hysteria girls, anyway I heard the same as well, though I was never going to mention it on here amongst so many little wall flowers, but there you go we are all different I suppose, though this thread makes me laugh even more!................
