Honestly, does it really matter? If somebody asks you in the pub if you've heard any City transfer rumours and are then questioned, would you then go "oh I heard it on the Internet from somebody I've never met?" Even if the person said they were best mates with Nick Thompson, you have no sure fire way of knowing if they are true or not. (Not a dig at you by the way, just quoted you as a reference ) If it turns out not to be true, then you can question the source but I don't think the source at this point really matters. Unless of course you were a professional journalist looking to publish some solid rumours and are trawling message boards for some reason. Which ironically is what the HDM seem to be doing at the minute.

Eric Lichaj has been released by Aston Villa, he's still fairly young and made 17 appearances in the Premier League last year, only losing his place to the impressive Matt Lowton. Pretty versatile too, can play at LB or RB and wouldn't need a work permit as he holds a Polish passport. Anybody else think he'd be worth a punt?

Here in Adelaide, it is reported that Schwarzer has quit Fulham and would prefer to stay in England. I think he would be alright for us. Not expensive and gives 100%
