I really hope not. Before uni I worked at Argos for a bit, and that's basically all they had me do. The manager had like 4 sugars in his.

I worked at Argos full time the first few weeks after I left school, then once College started I went part time but they still paid me the same rate. :

That's funny. As far as retail goes, it's a decent place to work as you can piss around when it's quiet. The ladders on wheels are fun to scoot around on, and if I was in the upstairs stockroom I could put my music on. There was a really hot girl working there as well which gave me another reason to get up in the morning. Overall, not too bad.

I'd be rubbish in retail, I'm crap with my hands and I think you have to use your hands a lot in retail.

 

Yeah it's such a easy job, I shagged this girl who worked at Argos same time I did. A few years later I went over my sisters house and the girl was there. Turns out she works where my sister does and is her best mate. It was just a little weird and awkward

 

That's why I didn't say names

 

You have to use your hands in, like, everything. That's as hopeless as my search for a job where I don't have to interact with anyone.

 

The only time you have to use your hands in retail is when you're scoring with the checkout girls in the stockroom.

 

GMI would insist it was a fluke.

Well, typing and using a mouse I can deal with. But wrapping and stuff, that's far beyond my capabilities.
