Birmingham West Ham Blackpool Cardiff Reading Leeds Forest Middlesboro Burnley Millwall Leicester Ipswich Watford Bristol City Portsmouth Barnsley Coventry Derby Crystal Paalce Doncaster Brighton Southamton Peterborough Looks tough on paper Thoughts please
does look tough. apart from donny, millwall and peterboro, i wouldnt be surprised to see any of the others fighting for a play off spot...
I can see Donny going down this year, but aside from them it looks like a strong league and the promoted teams have a habit of surprising you. Question is, are we going to be in the top 6 from there? Not without a midfield overhaul.
Think that the three that have come down from the prem are the strongest for a while, barring newcastle of course
West Ham; Reading; Peterborough; Southampton; Brighton; Crystal Palace; Potrsmouth; Bristol City; Watford; Millwall A busy year for southern tigers....
every seasons tough in this league and unless i see a major rebuilding of the squad were in for a battle to get 16th
We need players who can both create and score in abundance; without them we will struggle to avoid relegattion with the depressing tactics adopted by Pearson.
i don't give a **** that the allams paid 40m for the club.they just pissed away 1m to the dobbins which could of gone on to pay for that missing link we needed last season.
I feel the same, good manager, great at building teams but when it comes to taking them just that step further, he's left lacking
s'all down to opinions really isn't it mate. If he gets us up and we stay there for a good while, i'll apologise and retract my statement, i just don't think it's likely
honestly Pearson has done a decent job for us, considering our position at the beginining of the season with very little in the way of finances, a huge wage bill, maybe his tactics haven't set the world, but would Phil Brown or Dowie the clown have done any better if they were in charge this last season
That was political - looking to the future, should the stadium go to a referendum, he's bought a lot of the Easts votes with that
We still need an outstanding player to really challenge for promotion. Look at the likes of Taraabt, Routledge, Holt, Hoolahan, Sinclair, Dobbie... 2 Key players throughout there seasons, have lead to them gaining promotion. We have nothing yet, but im sure we need some star to come to our team. We have Koren, Stewart and Fryatt as our key players so far next season!
If someone doesn't agree with you, it makes them thick as ****? Easy solution, get the **** off our boards, turn your computer off and try and lick your elbow. That should keep you entertained for a few months you simple ****.
