Apologies if this has already been done but in the absence of any news of note at all, who do you think we will play first game of the season? Home or away and score? No point in mentioning individual players for obvious reasons but you can if you want to. I am going for Charlton at home with a 2 nil win to the Hoops.
Bournemouth away on a sunny day, 2000 R's for a kick about on the beach before we win 2-0 finished with a fish supper back at 'arry's, ahh away days
Probably at home to a team expected to struggle at the bottom of the table and lose 4 or 5 nil........standard really.
Bournemouth and Blackpool are the matches we want in Aug-Sep or Apr-May but they are always on a wet Tuesday night in Dec-Jan.
Leeds at home, we will lose 6-0 and Harold will be on TV saying... "Told you it would be hard as Leeds are a massive, massive club who once played in the Champions League. Forest are another big club as Brian Clough used to manager them and he was a very good manager". When questioned about the two Richard Dunne own goals that made it 5-0 he quirked ..."Well he is a top top player just needs to settle in" Do you regret selling Taarabt for 2 Million Harry? " Not really I think we have a better player now in Adrian Mutu he used to play for some very big clubs ... but he needs to work on his sharpness as the last goal was his fault ... trying to attempt a pass back from a corner is always risky even when 5 down" Someone shoot him please
Barnsley at home 4-0, just like when we went up (and I was there with my son for his first match, happy day(s)).
Almost 35% chance we'll be playing a "B" team - even greater if Bristol City stayed up and Brentford were promoted. By my count there are eight "B" teams, including 3 opportunites for seaside excursions..... http://www.eastbournecousins.com/idolovetobe.htm Barnsley Bolton Burnley Blackburn Brighton Birmingham Blackpool Bournemouth
