Kewell was a left winger/striker, part of a 442/433 tactic that DOL used a lot. The other one I thought of was not as successful - Pennant. Never thought of Wilcox. Used to hate him. didn't rate him for us. Was good for Blackburn, but not us, sadly. I screamed my full range of abuse at him often.

Pennant was one of Reid's signings not O'Leary's and in all honesty the only decent Reid signing

I can't supply any info on Sanchez Watt, he has done nothing since tbh but I always liked him.

Anyways I will be happy if we sign Thomas or Pennant on frees...

Warraba is the most logical one. 2 week ago he tweeted about joining Leeds on loan as he thought he was too good to be sold by citeh

Wingers!! Yes please, I'd have them any day. Two lads causing havoc down the touchline, slinging in crosses for players to run onto, so hard to defend against. Kewell (cnut) was exceptionally good at it, as was a certain James Milner. Oh, and The Don used Lorimer and Gray!!
