Ghaly didn't really set the world alight at Spurs, I assume he's had a good spell in Egypt since then (Isn't he the captain of Al Ahly now? Would this affect his price tag?)? Mohamed Ibrahim I don't know much about, but I did see him play in the African Champions League (slow day, no football on) last year and he scored a couple of decent goals. His skill belies his youth; hopefully we can do a deal as I think there'll be a few looking at him.
