    Late last week I was hearing alot or rumors about accepted bids and so on, does anyone know if there is any news coming through on the situation regarding his possible signing or has it gone completely cold? on another note in a BBC article apparently the Lille manager was adamant Gervinho was staying put surely this means he has had some form of a bid from outside else he wouldn't be so defensive?

    Valencia are skint and won't be able to match 10 mil upfront.

    If the deal being accepted is true then hopefully its a done deal.

    True, however with all this stuff about massive bids for Rossi you could see them getting a lot more soon. Also i've played in Valencia in an under 16 football tournemant and i'd say that from what i've seen, the facilities we have here are nicer (if it counts for anything, just said it because someone mentioned facilities)
