    but if there are several teams with sugar daddies doing it then not so, take the prem, Chelsea have spent what £700m+ since 2003 for 3 titles and that's with no competition from other sugar daddies, Russia has a few sugar daddies, had Citys owners arrived in 2002\2003 when RA did you may have less than your 4 titles, Europe in general has more sugar daddies hence reducing your influx of expensive top players each season like Falcao for example. maybe Aguero might have ended up in London only for city

    united dont spend 100m plus every year and they've won how many since 2002\03

    Money doesn't guarantee the league but it certainly improves your chances

    You can't compare the prem to the Russian league tho. The Russian league is dung as shown by their European performances. £150 million worth of players should annihilate that division.
