Betfred Not Paying Out

Hi All

Be grateful for some advice/thoughts.

I bet on Juan Mata first goal against Man Utd which he did but the Press Association somewhat unbelievably awarded it as a Phil Jones OG. I understand that on the day every other bookie paid out on Juan Mata except Betfred. Since then the dubious goals panel has awarded it to Juan Mata yet Betfred are still refusing to pay out.

To say im disappointed is an understatement and I will not be betting with them again.

Just wondering what are the chances of them reversing this decision (probably nil) before i close my account.

If they have given the goal to Mata then i really dont see how Betfred can refuse to pay you

 

The betfred shop in Peterlee (county Durham ) tried to refuse to pay a friend of mine out on a £10forecast at Leicster that came to £320. He had £30 win on the 505 at Redcar then two ten pound fcasts clearly marked 510 Leicster but with just horse numbers. The shop manageress tried to laim it was for REDCAR despite clearly been labelled Leicster. So never bet with bet fred anymore untrustworthy. Oh he phoned area manager who agreed with him and paid him out.

 

I would not let this one go if I were you Sculco. Have you escalated it to the manager of the shop and beyond? Worth a quick threat that you will report as suggested by Stick, plus local press. Let them know you mean business but stay calm and collected. I don't see how you can lose this one.
