Spurs without doubt, but that's only because AVB hasn't had time to stamp his authority of the side. Liverpool at least have a style, identity and way of playing. AVB is bringing that to Spurs as we speak, but he's still relatively new to English Football and was dealt quite a poor hand by Levy. Liverpool's results without Suarez haven't actually been that bad, a complete contrast to Spurs without Bale. Spurs do have better players though
You said Bale would be the bigger loss because Suarez misses more game. Yet we are talking about who will be the biggest loss if they both left this summer. Surely if thats the case, they'd both miss every game? Way to state random bollox
That is quite a stat. Spurs would have finished well behind Liverpool without Bale's goals, and just 1 point ahead of West Brom. Without Bale, you can say that Spurs are only slightly better than West Brom.
Indeed so how the spuds ever enthuse how good they are is a mystery, a selling club they will always be.
the Spuds would have finished behind Everton without Bale honestly it was embarrassing watching them get carried over the line by one guy in the end .
Obviously if Bale didn't play we would have played 10 men. Or 11 and the one we brought in would not have contributed
Their obsessed with success and feel they need to be as close to it as possible and that hopefully it rubs off on them but it never will their Spurs the 3rd biggest club in london forever trapped in 5th place hell.
Funny arent they I heard one of them earlier on talkshit saying that Bale will stay they will buy Lewandowski and win the PL in 2 years time
You think if we'd sold Bale we wouldn't have bought someone in? In this hypothetical situation I can't answer you, cause we do have him (for now) but I'm sure the club would have bought 2 or 3 different players to fill the void.
With Bale we get accused of being a one man team, maybe 2 or 3 good players will make us stronger as a team in that we will have more options than give it to Bale? Players like Lennon, Siggurdsen, Holtby have more to offer than they do at the moment, so with a proven left wing, a striker and more options in defence, who's to say we won't be a better team without Bale. My preference would be to improve with him in the team, but having exactly the same squad next season would be the 3rd best option.
