"Paul McShane finds himself in the right winger's position up against Dato Kvirkveila, but the Irish defender attmepts what can only be described as a comical stepover before fouling the Georgian"

Agreed K Klutz, i honestly don't see any reason why Chester couldn't challange the likes of Lescott, Smalling, Jagielka etc for a place in an England squad if he carries on progressing like he has been. Don't think any of us would be suprised to see Chester at a very big club again in the not to distant future.

Unfortunately, I don't think Chester would get an England opportunity whilst being a Hull City player. Unless of course he puts in an absolutely blistering Season-long run of performances.

I think he needs to be a more established Premier League Club, as an established first team player before he's even considered.

Mind you, Zaha got an England cap... <whistle>

Yeah i have to agree Candy Man, but i fully expect Chester to end up playing football at a top end club at some point unfortunately for us but again think we all know this will happen one day, hes quality.

Hopefully, he stays with us all Season, and he finally gets seen for what he is on camera; class. He reads the game brilliantly and is a born professional.

With more televised games and more attention on our Club, Chester is more likely to get noticed by the bigger teams.

You don't see many defenders like Chester, the way he wins the ball EVERYTIME by just standing still whilst a player runs at him is brilliant.
