Yes we do but unfortunately we have a Liverpool fan here that derails threads on a regular basis, that's why we try other subjects too. Do you reckon you'll keep hold of Gareth Bale or will someone come in with a mega bucks offer ?
I think we'll keep him for 1 more year. I wouldn't be too down-hearted if he went, as we are too predictable with him in he team. Stop Bale, stop Spurs. We have other good players and if we can bring in 3 good players for the money Real pay (possibly £80m) then we may be a better team. On balance I hope he stays though, such a player in our colours doesn't happen often.
Stopping Bale is easier said than done. The bugger scored down here and I actually thought to myself, Have I just seen what I think I've seen ? Just think. If we still had Pintado (£7 mill), Joe (£15 mill), left ML leave (£10 mill) and used the money from Danny G (£5 mill)...we could almost buy half of him Ain't football crazy!!
How I see it! The Mighty Liverpool 7th finish, and bugger all else Swansea City 9th finish, and League Cup Silverware (Dumping the mighty Liverpool on the way, priceless!) Now it would be clear to any fan of any club, which of these two teams had the best season, so can I suggest we leave Dai to play with his toys lads, like I've said before, he's an olive short of a Pizza!....................
Gylfi was a slow starter for us. Last 10 games he started to show something, hard worker, great eye for goal and confidence on the ball. Looking forward to seeing more next year. We knew Caulker already has everything to be a top centre half except consistency. I hope we keep him long term but Kaboul and Vertonghen are a class above him at the moment. Any other Spurs players you want my take on?
We've been through this use of reply with quote before Musty, I've got certain people on ignore for a reason but when you do that I can see the posts. Oh and course everything he says must be true mustn't it ? No ones ever sent me a pm and I drink 24/7. Do you really believe that, all coming from someone who's quit the forum about 37 times but is still here. Phil and Norway have no time for him and all the Cardiff fans have his number too.
