Jumps ship for league one outfit Wolves, obviously, like the majority of clubs in the country, they are a bigger club than yours, but they are in a lower division, so, is this a step backwards for the best manager the Wallies could ever get, will you hate the messiah when you swap places next season, over to you guys, what do you think. cheers lads in advance ps, you could get your own back and appoint Dean Saunders, that'd teach'em ,
The last time a manager left a bigger club in a higher league it didn't work out too well - look at Grayson when he left Blackpool!!
Worked out ok, like Jackett, he left a small club to go to a bigger club, and SG won promotion, lets see if Kenny can do the same with a bigger club who have ambition and a chairman who will give him some money, unlike the tight yank. SG and KJ are similar, both probably reached their level in the Championship
K.J. left us for a bigger club Grayson left you for a smaller club and turned them into a bigger club mind you it wasnt hard at the rate your clubs shrinking
In keeping with the theme, Colin has confirmed that he's been interviewed for the Den hot seat so if successful he'll be another manager leaving a smaller club with no ambition for a bigger one with, he said he wants another promotion so fair play
Likes his teams to be exponents of the big hoof,so wont need to bring any players in with your side. And your already used to looking up for Leeds so you should be able to spot the ball up there.
That's my point - he left a small club to go to a bigger club and won promotion, but then Huddersfield sacked him!!
If the rumours are true that we were waiting for KJ to go to wolves so that we had the money to buy another teams manager from his contract may I be the first to congratulate Brian McDermott on showing some ambition.
KJ realised that his place is in league 1,and didn't want to wait the 12 months for millwall to get there.
