    We'd never get Hitzfeld.

I have heard about Martinez and Ragnick but who is the 3rd person who was shortlisted for their job?

If he'd be willing to take a job with the Austrian international team he'd be keen on the Newcastle job. I'm leaning towards giving Alan Pardew the season and if he hasn't improved his own performance by at least 80% I would offer the job to Ian Holloway, he deserves a big job and I'm sure he'd excel at a club like ourselves.

Absolutely, tactically he has improved double since his stint with Blackpool, he gets his players onside with his personality and he knows when discipline is needed also, he has a great Footballing philosophy also. The best English manager in my opinion.

Because the better you are, the more likely you are to win. You will have the means to do so on your own esteem. You will not need as many things to go your way.
