I would like to see all proceeds going to the East Anglia Children's Hospice.

I'd rather we played a proper team like Posh or Luton! Someone that wouldn't give us a complete walkover! #9-2

Didn't we decide that this sort of statement/question was the not606 Norwich/Ipswich equivalent of 'Godwin's Law'?

That's why an overwhelming majority of NCFC fans I follow on twitter don't want anything to do with it. Much more satisfying to give you a right tonking in one of the cups, with something riding on it <ok>

Always amazes me how people can get worked up by a friendly, if you win so what, if we win big deal. You can bet your life that if this match takes place, the rules of football would be broken.

I agree Cromer it will be lovely when next time we meet there is something to really play for and we owe you a good tonking. Revenge is a dish best served cold and all that! The idea of us lining the pockets of your academy will not go down too well at all south of the border. All the proceeds should go to a well established charity in East Anglia like the Children's Hospice. I doubt that this will ever get off the ground in any case! <ok>

Oh yeah so we as ipswich fans are to give you money for your academy! why can't all profits go to charity or is your club so far up its own ass to do that?

    Hang on a minute.

This is to help your club out and give you a little pride back! Not us, we are doing very nicely thankyou very much. We will be hosting it so we have costs involved in opening our stadia and incurring the policing cost etc.......

I guess this is why it is being held at our place as opposed to yours, as you wouldnt like to cough up for it. I personally think you should be asking your own club questions about why they are not hosting it as its the only chance of a full gate at your place.

How sad is it though that most fans on here see it as an inconvenience? We do really have bigger fish to fry and cant risk our players to play in some insignificant game that means nothing to us.

Give the proceeds to charity or you guys as far as I am concerned, pretty much the same.
