    Much better to get our business done as early as possible. Pre season is so crucial for this forthcoming season. We need a settled team, with extra emphasis on the word TEAM. That's what gets you out of the Championship.

    Can I just go on record here and now and say that I don't want any more 'rebuilding', 'gelling' or 'top, top targets'

    I want a team ethic and more than 4 wins a season. Oh and a pie now and again

    A chairman should be out of sight, out of mind. Not taking to friggin twitter and tweeting about whats going on at the club. I like him as a man, but as a chairman, he is way out of his depth.
