It proves knack all that was one case , I could tell you countless others were players have forced the move through .
Modric at Spurs - fair play to Daniel Levy. Time to let it go lads - this is not about 'other clubs' so anything that has happened before is largely irrelevant. We do not HAVE to sell Kasper - we could make him see his contracct out - our aim (owners stated ambition) is promotion and we won't achieve that by selling our best assets cheaply ... However, if the right offer came in for Kasper i.e one that would enable us to bring in a replacement that would not markedly weaken the aim and objective, then I think a deal is possible - however I see the price for that as £4 million plus (myself) in a market where Jack Butland has recently gone for £3 plus ...
Heres another case when Liverpool tried to Gabriel Heinze from Man U http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/6954531.stm Contracts are stronger then player power as long as the club holds strong Just ask Carlos Tevez
If we are to believe the press today Fulham are only going to pay £3 million for their new 1st choice keeper, so valuations of players based on what someone else went for are extremely debatable.
Advice to Kasper Hull is beautiful if you're a fisherman, but no place for a footballer http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/...s/celtic-legend-bertie-auld-believes-1923514?
I can't believe they wheel out some geriatric ex-player to pass comment on a place he's probably never been to. This is why I'm in favour in euthanasia, as I've been telling Celtic fans all morning. To be honest, it hasn't gone down all that well. Fisherman ffs, the ****er's only forty years behind the times.
The truth is there's more chance Kasper Schmeichel will be a Hull City player than a Leicester one next season even though we only have a slim chance of getting him. Most likely he will go to Swansea or another EPL club but there's bugger all chance he'll stay at a play-off hopeful Championship club when the Prem beckons.
|No there isn't. As he's a Leicester City player under contract he's most likely to spend next season with us.
Most deluded post on here in some time Kasper wont sign for Hull, im sure of it Kasper will remain here unless some offers us a decent amount which is right for both the club and Kasper I doubt Hull could do either and highly doubt the club will be interested in doing business with Hull
If Kasper goes he goes, the world keeps turning. I'd be sad to see him leave but usually when a player says he's happy to stay that's a coded message meaning "come and get me and I can still get a golden handshake". Guess we will know sooner rather than later but to stop any rumours he should sign a new contract if offered.
looking more likely , ive been an admirer of KS for a long time , i'd love to shampoo his blonde locks too . I remember feeling a bit alone in singing his praises last summer :/ ahh well ! If City get him for £3 million id say thats some bloody good business IMO . Certainly shouldnt be in the championship for another season lads!
@BertLcfc: More Evidence as to why Hull City are a joke of a club. They refuse to deal with us but think it's fine to try and sign our players. @BertLcfc: Then, they offer a meagre £1.25m for the player that was voted the best GK in the championship last season. #lcfc #hull
